The Fairuz Room is an intimate 32-seat restaurant located inside Ya Hala where Chef Mirna Attar continues her legacy in celebration of Lebanese culture and communal dining matched with the bounties of the Pacific Northwest.
The name pays homage to singer and icon "Fairuz" who has been the voice of Lebanese culture for decades. Fairuz’s kitschy theatrical performances capture the magic of daily life in Lebanese villages - a part of Mirna’s upbringing that inspires her Prix Fixe menus. Each table spread Chef Mirna presents will more than feed you. It will transport you to the heart of historic villages and share sentimentality from hers.

Reserve the Fairuz Room for Your Private Event
Looking to host a celebration, meeting, or special gathering? The Fairuz Room at Ya Hala offers a beautiful, private dining space perfect for your event. Please review our reservation guidelines below.
Private Room Minimums
To reserve the Fairuz Room exclusively, we require the following food & beverage minimums (before gratuity):
- Monday–Thursday: $1,800
- Friday–Sunday: $2,500
All food and beverages counted toward the minimum must be consumed on site.
Booking & Deposit
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
- We’ll collect credit card information over the phone or in person at the time of booking.
- Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your event.
- 1 check for final payment — separate checks are not available for private events.
Event Timing
All private events include up to 3 hours in the Fairuz Room. Additional time may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Outside Items & Fees
- Modest decorations are welcome — but no confetti, glitter, or open flames.
- Cakes are allowed. A plating fee of $4 per slice applies.
- Wine may be brought in. A $25 corkage fee applies per bottle.
Audio/Visual
The Fairuz Room is equipped with basic A/V support. Let us know of any needs at least 7 days in advance.
Service Charge
A 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage totals.
Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days in advance: Deposit refunded in full
- 3–6 days in advance: Deposit is non-refundable
- Within 48 hours of event: Full minimum spend will be charged to the card on file
